Refund policy

Last updated: 2026-09-05

Every charge is refundable in full for 14 days after it is taken — the first one and every renewal alike. No reason required.

That is a promise we make, in addition to your statutory rights and not instead of them. Where the law gives you more, the law wins.

Blueprint AI itself is free, so there is nothing to refund unless you subscribed to the Project Wiki and Integrations. This policy is the same on either plan:

Indie Studio — €30.00 per studio per month.

Per seat — €9.00 per seat per month.

  1. Through Paddle — the fastest route. Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record and operates the refund itself. Go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund”, or use the receipt link in your confirmation email.
  2. Or write to us at admin@fabbricaelettrica.com and we will arrange it. Tell us the email address you subscribed with; you do not have to tell us why.

You never have to argue for a refund inside the 14 days, and you never have to cancel first — although cancelling also stops the next charge, which is usually what somebody asking for a refund wants.

  • Months you used and did not raise at the time. Past the 14 days, a charge that was correct stands. Cancel and you are not charged again.
  • Your AI provider’s bill. The panel runs on your own Claude plan or API key; we neither resell it nor take a cut of it, and we cannot refund it.
  • Anything bought from Fab. Blueprint AI is free there, but if you ever buy something else on Fab, Epic’s refund policy governs it, not this page.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

Section titled “Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)”

Separately from the guarantee above, a consumer in the EU or EEA may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. That period runs from the day the contract is concluded — for a subscription that started on a free trial, that is the day the trial started.

Because Paddle is the seller, you exercise this right against Paddle: the same “Request refund” route above. We never ask you to waive it, and using the software does not cost you it.

The statutory clock starts when you sign up, so a subscriber who takes the full 2-month trial has no statutory withdrawal right left by the time the first charge arrives — even though they had paid nothing until that moment. That is lawful and it is not fair, so the 14-day guarantee closes the gap: it runs from each charge, not from signup.

Paddle honours the more generous of the two. Its policy states that where a supplier provides superior rights, the highest level of rights applies — see the Paddle refund policy.

If something looks wrong on your statement, ask us or Paddle before asking your bank. A chargeback suspends the subscription while the bank decides, which usually leaves you without the features you were trying to pay for; a refund request does not, and it is faster.
